"It was that glorious hour, with the daylight still glowing everywhere, but the moon already gleaming and the first bats dipping in the green, shimmering air. On the edge of the woods stood dissolving in the last light, bright chestnut trunks against black shadows. A yellow cottage softly radiated the daylight it had absorbed, glowing gently like a topaz. The small paths pink and violet, led through meadows, vineyards and woods. The western sky hung golden and green above the velvet blue mountains. Oh, to be able to work now, in the last enchanted quarter hour of ripe summer’s day which would never come again !"

"Ravello"
High atop the Amalfi coast lies the ancient city of Ravello. A place where dreams are made. The Mediterranean glimmers from the summer sun far below. Oh, to be free to climb the olive grove and lemon covered slopes.
Bussaco
Bussaco, Portugal
Deep in the enchanted forest of Bussaco is where storybook tales are born. In a labyrinth of dreamlike trails one finds refuge in silence. A trickling spring built for ancient friars cools ones thirst on a warm summer's day. There are slices of heaven here on earth. This image captures this ethereal world.
"La Iglesia"

The little chapel on the Babacamari Ranch Patagonia Arizona. Available in a limited series of only 59 prints. Each print is 22" x 30"

"Venice"

A Piscean dream is Venice. With its winding ancient watery canals, one cannot place exactly what century it might be. Venice is for all romantics. It keeps its promise upon arrival. The fantasy continues.

"Forbidden Paradise"
Tilipulo, Lasso, Ecuador. This image is the essence of "my Ecuador". An en framed view which gazes upon the vast Andean Mountains plateaus.

"Latin Dream"
Quinta de Monserrate, Portugal. Set upon 75 acres of subtropical gardens, another of Sintras treasures is revealed. A Victorian Moghul fantasy of a house, the image has all the elements for which I search.

Available in a limited series of only 59 prints. Each print is 22" x 30"

"The Dying City"
As the last rays of a Tuscan winters day race behind the mountains, I sped across an expansion bridge to Citiva di Bagno Regio, Italy. A medeval city on the summit of a mountain shard whispered of a glorious past. My sojourn to Italy was for this moment.

Piazza Navonna, Rome. Like gazing out to sea, this wondrous piazza has a timeless quality, never changing from generation to generation. On an overcast November morning this image came before my lens.
"The Alfama"
Two thousand years of living. As the sun sets in the Alfama, Lisbon, Portugal, life repeats itself time and again. The last light of the summer sun lingers late into the evening. Family patio eateries flourish here. Covered with twisting grapevines they hide, only to be discovered by the most determined. Children play under the lamplight as their parents did before them. No better play unfolds before the lucky diners who have come simply to enjoy a fine Portuguese port. As the play of life unfolds before me I felt the very essence of why I walk this earth.

Bright Angel Trail
Bright Angel Trail
The Embarkation of a journey can be in itself the best part of the adventure. Getting there, that's where memories begin. The canyons mystical powers pale to none. It must be seen and returned to often. Life is an adventure or it is nothing and for this special place the thrill of the ride is truly worth risking the fall.
Saba Mellons
Saba Mangos
High atop the tiny Dutch island of Saba lives a tranquil people. As if escaping the real world, they live in peaceful bliss where the simple joys of life, like gathering a bucket of mangoes, constitutes a days work. This image was the very first image to have been stylized using my technique.
"Fisole"
Fisole: Florence's hilltop friend. Winding above the busy clamor lies another secret gem.
"Brazilian Fresco"

Available in a limited series of only 59 prints. Each print is 22" x 30"

"La virgin de Alamos"
Not far from the wondrous brick oven panaderia in Alamos, Mexico all the elements of the common light of the day presented itself to me and the image was forever captured.

Available in a limited series of only 59 prints. Each print is 22" x 30"
