Phoenix Net (PND, a division of Promises Kept, LLC) was founded in 1987, to design, install and support the growing Local Area Network market. Since then we have pursued companies that desire outside expertise. We examine and create a comprehensive plan to incorporate existing computers and resources. We see ourselves as Architects, not Consultants, we design a vision, not just telling you what to do. Our primary concern when we begin a new client relationship is to perform a careful evaluation of their business needs. This study will encompass your existing computers, personnel, procedures, programs, data and how they perform together. Upon completion of this task, we will then start discussions with both the end-users and management, concerning the future expectations, needs and directions that the client wants to under take. We believe in involving a wide cross section of users in order to see the big picture without sacrificing the smaller details. We believe that no company can put together the perfect solution, for computers and business in general are moving targets. We can plan, to the best of our abilities, for the future.
Networks
Phoenix Net sells, installs and supports Novell and Microsoft networks.
Novell and Microsoft Networks are used as small departmental servers through enterprise-wide services. Their inter-operability with other computer manufacturers platforms is extensive. We believe in smaller departmental servers that then tie into a larger network backbone system. The benefit is if a network server is to goes down, only a small percentage of users are effected.
Network Ready Applications -
We offer, install and train users on a large selection of Network Ready Applications. These include be E-mail, Groupware packages, Forms Fill In, Document Management and multiuser accounting packages. We can often upgrade existing applications so that they can function correctly on a network. We offer users on a network the ability to purchase additional application licenses at a substantial savings.

On occasion, our customers need software that will fit their exacting needs. We have an exceptional staff of talented programmers who write software that range from "Quick and Dirty" to "Highly Complex Network Enterprising". Our programming projects support DOS, Windows 95/98, Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 client environments.

We believe that no hardware or software solution is of any value unless the end user is proficient in its use and potential. Extensive on-going training will create productive employees that will maximize your investments. We can provide onsite training in the form of half or full day seminars that can work around the end-users schedule.
